Teacher fighting custodial sexual battery charge
According to William Tinsley, his custodial sexual battery charge needs to be dropped. The 28 year-old former teacher was convicted of allegedly fondling a 16 year-old in his home, but Tinsley argues that since he and the student were not at school at the time, he cannot be charged.
