Maryland Police Arrest, Cuff, and Haul Off 7-Year-Old Boy
Baltimore Maryland police arrested a 7-year-old boy, handcuffed him, and hauled him down to the police station. The boy was arrested for riding his motorized dirt bike on the sidewalk. According to his mother, the boy was handcuffed to a bench and interrogated before being released to his parents.
Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon apologized for the arrest. The Baltimore Police Department is conducting an internal investigation. What actually happened is impossible to determine while the BPD declines to speak about the incident, citing its internal probe.
